Executive HR, a senior-level consultancy specialising in executive HR support and recruitment has officially launched. Led by experienced HR Director Simon Goldsworthy, the business offers a fresh, pragmatic approach to HR consultancy, executive recruitment and senior-level advisory services.

Simon Goldsworthy, Managing Director, brings nearly 40 years of hands-on HR experience to the business. A law graduate, his career has included HR Director roles with global names such as Hitachi, Grundig, and Technicolor. His expertise spans complex employee relations, change management, union negotiations and TUPE, and he has reputation for straight-talking, commercially sound advice.
Simon commented:
“Having walked the walk, I’m looking forward to supporting my peers and business leaders who often find themselves under immense pressure. There’s a noticeable gap in the market for high-level HR support from people who’ve actually been there and that’s what we’re here to provide.”
He adds:
“I’ve seen HR recruiters who haven’t worked in HR and consultants who’ve never operated at board level. I’m not criticising that, but I do think there’s room for something different.
